You haven't read the "Ranks & Points" have you? In order to have a signature you at least need to be Ra Yellow.

As Skit said, you need to rank up a little, but if you read the way we do rankings you'll see that it doesn't take much to achieve RA! pretty much just stay active and you'll have a signature spot soon enough!
