Okay let's do things step by step.
First of all you have to download the free trial (and create an adobe account if you don't have one)...here: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop.html

Okay, now download this file ----> http://www.mediafire.com/download/vcmonz4g1kursq9/AMTLib.rar
you will have 2 files, one is for "32bit (x84)" and one for "64bit (x64)". You need to check what system use your computer (Computer -> right click -> property)
Now all you have to do is copying the file in the adobe photoshop CC folder (Computer -> Programs -> Adobe -> Photoshop CC). Paste and replace the file amtlib.dll.
