The suspense horror/dark fantasy story is set in Tokyo, which is haunted by mysterious "ghouls" who are devouring humans. People are gripped by the fear of these ghouls whose identities are masked in mystery. An ordinary college student named Kaneki encounters Rize, a girl who is an avid reader like him, at the café he frequents. Little does he realize that his fate will change overnight.

I won't watch the anime anymore, the last episode killed my will for watching more of it

The anime is average to below average, and lacks the amount of depth that the source material had. Its rushed and incomplete and shows why trying to adapt over 100 chapters into a 12 episode anime doesn't work. Should have been 24 eps, and good.

Season 1 only reaches up to 60-80 Chapters, it's not rushed it has lot of fillers. I stated that Season 2 is in the making, we're getting more episodes in January whom are I hope going to follow the manga.
