Kinman na Tsubo / Pot of Wealth
Normal Spell
You can only activate 1 “Pot of Wealth” per turn. During the turn in which you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except by Pendulum Summoning. (1) Choose 3 Pendulum Monsters in your Graveyard or that are face-up in your Extra Deck, shuffle them in your Deck, then draw 2 cards.
Not sure if it's any use though....I mean that "3" is a little bit annoying like in my vanilla pendulums the only use I can find for this card is after I summoned an Xyz monster or after I got my whole field nuked(which rarely happens thanks to Skill drain)Or for Gadgets it can be good for when opponent destroys your both P-zone cards and you have none left but still the chances of drawing them back is a bit low...not sure though
