problem: my deck is to inconsistent(which Is a problem I have in a lot of my builds.)
when I was testing it in a duel with a friend,I was stuck with a bad hand and was just screping by. is there any tips and advice on making my utopia prime deck faster?

It's inconsistent because you have too much cards. Drop till you have 40. Why? Less cards make better chances when drawing

It looks like it's a TCG deck so I won't suggest OCG cards, that said:

Drop down to 40, I say if you have over 40 you are trying too many things in one, it's better to have to fill out your deck with [Upstart Goblin]s.

You're going for Utopia. Where's the [XYZ Change Tactics]?

You're running too many different kind of monsters and should be running more staples (Castel, Exciton, MST, etc.)
