You have to get 30 YGO points first. Which is pretty easy to get. Then you can request to rank up to Slifer.

Yeah, we're new and trying to get there. Just most of the stuff on here is either in last year of high school or in college or out of college and busy with real life.
Me on the other hand I'm out of high school, and can't make my mind up on either going to college or not. So. I'm here 24/7 XD
