Dueling on my noob account, because I'm trying to ladder, (I'm at about 250 rating and 34 exp, with 18 wins and 4 losses) and this guy thinks that Archlord Kristya has to be summoned by its own effect for neither player to be able to special summon monsters...

Card's text:

If you have exactly 4 Fairy-Type monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When you do: Target 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand. Neither player can Special Summon monsters. If this face-up card would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, it returns to the top of the Deck, instead.

He thinks Kristyia needs to be SS'd be its own effect to make it so neither player can SS

Thats not the worst, the worst are those that think that Krystia cant be special summon because it says no one can special summon Razz
