I'm sorry but I think this concept is completely dumb. "girl dies and comes back with evil powers and wants to kill everyone" I simply don't get it. It sounds silly, it doesn't sound scary and it looks really clunky.

My best friend last night told me it was terrible. The plot and everything moved too fast. One minute this was happening, next something else happened.

I don't see the appeal of them. Maybe I'm too much of a cynic? I don't really care for scary movies and they make me giggle most of the time.
