Pretty much the best card to side for Qliphrots, it's not like Fog King to be able to lock the whole deck up, it's a card used to finish-off your opponent by burn damage, as most of cards this deck uses has a life points cost added to it, Qliphs in the TCG are forced to play Vanity as TT and Bottomless are Limited, so that's another card affected by this trap, and oh! Their Equip spell card! But you don't want to send that to the graveyard do you?

This card makes me think of Ring of Destruction.

It kinda is Ring of Destruction, imagine a long chain versus Qliphrots and this card activated at the end of that chain, scary eh?

Spell-Shattering is better. Spell-Shattering will destroy Vanity anyway since Vanity will kill itself. Spell-Shattering does more damage too,

Oh wait Spell-Shattering doesn't hit Skill Drain.
